Student Complaint Resolution
The University of Mississippi Medical Center is committed to providing high quality educational opportunities. If a conflict arises, UMMC wishes to resolve student grievances, complaints and concerns in an expeditious, fair and collegial manner. Click here to access the UMMC student complaint page.
If a student has concerns related to academic or administrative actions at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and has exhausted all administrative remedies without the complaint being resolved internally, the student may file a formal complaint with the Mississippi Commission on College Accreditation using the MCCA Student Complaint Process within two years of the incident.
Online students who are residents of states outside of Mississippi may direct consumer inquiries to their state's consumer protection agencies. In addition, online students who are residents of states outside of Mississippi may direct consumer inquiries to their state's portal agencies.
This process does not apply to complaints related to student grades or discipline/conduct matters.
